All stock orders can be returned for a full product refund. All returned items must be in acceptable (no used or incomplete packs) condition in order to receive a full refund.
Custom orders are not returnable except for reason of defect. In such cases, WristbandExpress.com must be notified within 14 days of delivery.
Factory Second items are not returnable.
How soon after I place my order will it ship and how will I know when it does ship?
All Tyvek and Plastic stock items ordered before 3:00 PM CST (Monday - Friday), will be shipped out the same business day. Vinyl and all Cash-Tags will ship in 3 business days from the date ordered. Silicone stock items ordered before 3:00 PM CST (Monday - Friday), will be be shipped out the same business day. If you requested an item that is out of stock, Wristband Express will contact you by telephone or email. Wristband Express will email an order confirmation once the order has been successfully placed and a tracking number once it has shipped.

Why is my credit card declining?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Please verify all the information is entered correctly. The billing address on the account MUST match all the information on the credit card including Cardholder’s name and Billing address.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Volume discounted pricing is available on orders totaling 20 boxes or more. If your discount does not show up online, it will be applied once your order is submitted. Please contact Customer Service at 800-434-9124 with any questions.
How do I know if I received my full order?
Our Econo-Band boxes can hold 1,000 wristbands (2 packs). Shipping will combine boxes when possible to save on shipping costs. Since the bands are consecutively numbered, it will be easy to verify your quantities.
Do you accept Purchase Orders?
We do not accept Purchase orders online. If you need to pay by check or PO, please call Customer Service at 800-434-9124. Please be aware that pricing online is cheaper than through Customer Service. If you prepay online you can save extra money.
I am tax exempt can I still order?
Tax is not charged on orders shipping outside the state of Wisconsin. If you are within the state and are tax exempt please contact Customer Service at 800-434-9124. Please provide your tax exempt form.
What are my payment options?
Credit cards are the only method of payment allowed for online orders. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept international credit cards.
What are my shipping options within the United States?
Wristband Express utilizes FedExfor shipping within the United States. You have the option to choose Economy Ground (FedEx SmartPost), Ground, 3 Day Select , 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Economy Ground will ship to most Army/Air Forces Bases and Puerto Rico but it may take up to 10- 14 business days. Economy Ground will ship to a PO Box. All expedited options require a street address
Am I able to ship to Canada and what are my shipping options?
Yes you can, we provided Nationwide Shipping to Canada that utilizes Landmark Global. We offer a Canadian Ground Option which takes between 3-8 business days. If you are ordering custom wristbands you will have to add production time which will vary depending on what type of wristbands you are ordering and what time the order is placed. We offer faster shipping options to Canada that you can get more information about below in the "International Shipping Information".
How do I find out how much shipping is?
Once you select your bands and proceed to ‘checkout’, the shipping page will open up. It will list pricing for each method of shipping available. You choose the type of shipping you prefer. If you wish to have an approximation of shipping costs prior to ordering, please contact Customer Service at 800-434-9124.

We’ve partnered with FedEx to provide you with fast and affordable shipping options. Rates are determined by the country you ship to and the weight of the items in your cart. To determine your shipping rates we encourage you to start the checkout process and provide us with your ship-to country.
Duties and Taxes
We will calculate and apply and applicable duties and taxes to your order on the shipping fee. Our shipper will collect them on behalf of your government so you do not have to pay any additional money when your order is delivered.
