State law requires us to collect applicable tax on all orders shipped to a Wisconsin address.
We cannot ship to a PO Box, please provide a physical shipping address.

Stock orders placed before 2:00pm CST on standard business days will be packed and shipped to you on the same day if the product you ordered is in stock. Orders received after 2:00pm will be shipped within 24 hours. If however, the product you ordered is not currently in stock or available in the quantity you requested, we will promptly notify you with an expected shipping date.
All products are shipped directly from our facility in Brookfield, WI. Discounted UPS rates will be applied and are shown in the shopping cart section. UPS determines shipping days as "business" days; Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not included. Go to www.ups.com for accurate time in transit.
Currently, we do not ship to International addresses, US territories, or PO boxes.
All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, in addition shipping costs are nonrefundable. Any order that is returned and received Free Ground shipping will be assessed the original cost to ship. Items that are returned must be in acceptable condition in order to receive a credit. Custom orders are not returnable except for reason of defect. In such case, we must be notified within 10 days of delivery. Our Closeout and Factory Second items are not returnable.
